Dr. Solomon will first talk with you at length about your needs to ensure that she is a good match for you. If you decide to proceed she will ask you for previous documentation if there is any in order to help determine exactly what services she should offer.

Fees for Assessments are based upon a calculation of the amount of time it will take to assess, score, write a report, and give feedback. Once we have talked about your specific needs a fee for the process will be set.

More complex or more thorough assessments will have larger fees. If you have recent assessment that were properly done they will not be repeated.

The first half of the fee for a psychological assessment is due at the first assessment session; the second half is due at the time of the feedback session.

Psychological Assessments may or may not be reimbursable by insurance companies. It seems to depend upon the final diagnosis, which may not be known until after the assessment is complete. I will work with you and your insurance agent, and will provide you with a standard claims form for your insurance company, but the primary responsibility for payment of the service is yours.
